Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Standard Shipping

Australia:

Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping

Australia:

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping provider, weekends, public holidays, and circumstances outside of MADDOG’s control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Lost Packages

MADDOG is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect delivery information, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you believe your package has been lost or significantly delayed, contact us at maddox.m.barton@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

MADDOG currently ships within Australia only.
